Sue Childs Introducing... Mono First Pressing Vinyl Record (Studio, SS 200). Coveted first pressing of Childs' 1964 recording for the Studio 4 label. This celebrated release, the first and only album from the young singer, has become a sought-after title by jazz and rare vinyl collectors. The dynamic, smoky-voiced delivery of Childs coupled with the vibrant accompaniment of several accomplished musicians (including tenor saxophonist J. R. Monterose) has ensured its status as a true "grail" for audiophiles. Though the album has been reissued a few times on CD, a pressing of the original vinyl is extremely hard to find. Sleeve is in VG 5 condition with scuffing, scratching, edge wear, corner bumping, ring wear on the back, and writing on both sides.
