Aaron Stanford "Pyro" gauntlet from X-Men: The Last Stand. (TCF, 2006) From the 3rd installment in the wildly popular X-Men franchise. Aaron Stanford's "Pyro" costume gauntlet. "Pyro" possesses the power to psionically control fire and flame. The custom made 7 x 4 in. gauntlet is constructed of a vacuum formed black plastic shell consisting of a u-shaped hand brace with a soft gray rubber piece that fits in the web between thumb and forefinger. The open side of the u-shaped gauntlet is bridged by two leather and velcro adjustable straps. There is a vacuum formed icon of a silver shark with red mouth and white teeth made to look like a sticker applied to the back of the gauntlet. Lined in blue padded fabric for comfort of wearer. This expertly crafted costume piece remains in production used, very fine condition.
