Jonathan Breck "The Creeper" costume from Jeepers Creepers 2. (MGM, 2003) Every 23 years, for 23 days, "The Creeper" wakes from hibernation to feed. Although mostly in the shadows through the first film, the second installment revels the gargoyle-like monster throughout. This gruesome costume includes 2 pairs of dark green pants with frayed hems. Both show varied distress from different points in the film. Multiple layers of shirts are combined to form the tattered top of this costume, with hook and eye back closure. The "Creeper's" coat is also a patchwork of several different pieces and materials, some cotton, some leather with braiding at the cuffs. The black leather boots are covered with various strips of leather for effect. The costume is completed by a signature brown felt hat. The entire costume exhibits extreme studio distress to appear as tattered, filth-coated and grotesque.
