Susan Sarandon "Louise" waitress uniform and script page from Thelma & Louise. (Pathè, 1991) Original (3) piece poly-cotton waitress uniform including (1) knee-length commercial dress with unique collar, 2-hip pockets, black ribbon piping at collar and cuffs and button front closure, (1) matching apron with integral sash back ties and (1) paper waitress hat. Retaining internal Angelica Uniform bias label and marked "Size 10". Also includes a production used script page with "Louise" dialog in phonetic transcription. All in production used fine condition.
