1980 Roadshow Star Wars Magazine Inserts - Complete Set of 8 - PSA Graded .
Even though its films take place in a galaxy far, far away, the Star Wars franchise has connected with audiences since the original film's release in 1977. George Lucas' imagination led to a licensing goldmine of action figures, play sets, posters, board games, books, trading cards, costumes, and more. The retail and promotional items made in conjunction with this multi-faceted property have brought tremendous joy to fans worldwide and remain coveted among collectors. Of course, trading card sets were released for Star Wars, all across the world.

Offered in this lot is a complete set of insert cards from the Japanese magazine Roadshow. An issue in 1980 focused on the Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back film, and included an insert that contained 8 character cards. Each features a shot of the character on the front, with information in Japanese on the back. Note that the cards included are hand cut from this insert sheet. They have all been graded by PSA.
