Description

The Mask (New Line, 1994), Jim Carrey "Stanley Ipkiss/The Mask" Reference Bust. Original production reference bust made of painted hardened foam, resin, and museum-quality glass eyes. Measures approx. 13" x 10" x 11". This item was created by Academy Award-winning special effects makeup artist Greg Cannom. The bust served as a reference for makeup artists during the transformation of the character Stanley Ipkiss (Jim Carrey) when he puts on a mysterious wooden mask and becomes the "real-life" cartoon character , "The Mask." Displays production wear and age including some paint chipping. Obtained from Cannom Creations. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
