Arnold Schwarzenegger "T-800" Ensemble from Terminator 2: Judgement Day (Carolco, 1996). Original (3) piece ensemble including (1) signature character leather jacket with wide snap-down notched lapels, zippered chest pocket, 2-slash hip pockets, zippered sleeve cuffs, cinching lace-up sides, and integral waist belt with adjustable steel buckle. The iconic signature T-800 "Terminator" jacket features heavy scuffing and production distress representing bullet holes and damage incurred during heroic battles. Considering the several stages of advancing damage to the Cyborg, this hero jacket would have appeared in later sequences of the blockbuster film. With interior lined in Velcro affixed black sateen and retaining squib remnants and other intentional breeches for stunt rigging also rubbing, scoring, cuts, punctures and tears, (1) Hanes brand "Beefy-T" size "XL" black cotton short sleeve t-shirt, (1) pair of black faux leather pants, vinyl -coated and distressed and partially repaired from production with 2-hip and 2-back pockets with black stretch synthetic lining and zippered hems. Jacket also exhibits production wear and some rust to metal zipper. In overall production used Very Good condition. Provenance: Jacket acquired from Christie's April 1999 Entertainment sale and accompanied by a LOA from Guns n Roses drummer Matt Sorum stating that the jacket was gifted to him personally by Arnold Schwarzenegger and accompanied with a photo of Sorum holding the jacket. Pants and t-shirt come from Butterfield & Butterfield June 29, 1998 Entertainment sale, Lot 6148, and comes with a LOA from renowned Hollywood collector Fuller French, stating these items originated from James Cameron. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
