Description

Beetlejuice (Warner Bros., 1988), "Harry the Hunted" Reproduction Display Figure. Original reproduction of a shrunken head puppet constructed of a hard plastic mannequin with foam latex hands, neck and head, bulging plastic eyes, and an upright faux hair ponytail. The figure is dressed in tan safari pants and shirt, an orange satin neck scarf, tall brown leather lace-up boots, and a brown cowboy-style hat. Crafted by Robert Short, the Academy Award-winning makeup artist who created the original screen character. Measures approx. 51" x 25" x 20". This former hunter is seen in the "Neitherworld" waiting room, and it seems clear that he died from having his head shrunken by the witch doctor also in the room. Displays wear and age. Obtained from Robert Short. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
