Batman Returns (Warner Bros., 1992), Rocket-Firing Penguin Miniature and Oversized Remote-Control Helmet for Live Penguin. Original lot of items related to the climax of Tim Burton's Batman Returns (1992), including (1) black, white, and red painted rubber rocket-firing penguin miniature with an angry expression, coiled metal wires plugged into a faux-metal harness, standing atop a resin cage painted to resemble metal and (1) metallic-painted resin control helmet with chin strap, foam interior, and protruding wire, designed to be worn by a real-life penguin with a faux rocket on its back. These items appear during the film's climax, when Oswald Cobblepot/The Penguin (Danny DeVito) threatens to unleash his penguin army on Gotham City. Miniature measures 12" x 5" x 4.5", helmet measures approx. 6" x 4" x 2" with a 2.75" wire. Miniature shows minor cracking of rubber elements and flaking paint, helmet's foam interior has detached from the original adhesive, and one antenna is missing. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
