Description

Promotional Polyjuice Potion and Divination Kit from (2) Harry Potter Franchise Films (WB, 2002-2004). Group of (2) promotional media kits including (1) custom made Polyjuice Potion kit as seen in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets featuring 1-wooden handcart measuring 8.25" x 5" x 3.25" with a swiveling carrying handle and 2-metal arms painted with gold "H.G." (Hermoine Granger) on the left side, and engraved "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets" across the front, 4-item slots, 3-glass jars measuring 2" x 3.5" with rubber stoppers and faux herbal contents, and 6-glass vials measuring 4" with cork lids and faux herbal contents and (1) custom made Divination Kit as seen in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban featuring 1-wooden box measuring 7.5" x 8.5" x 6.25" with faux thatched motif, hinged lid, and brass latch, handle, and plaque reading "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban Divination", 1-glass "crystal ball" measuring 3" with a 2" wooden base, 1-tea cup and saucer set measuring 4" x 3.5", and 1-tea tin labeled "Undogging the Future" measuring 4" with 5-cardboard coasters and 1-bag of loose tea leaves. Modeled after their on-screen counterparts, these were given to journalists and media in the buildup to the highly anticipated sequel. Also included with the lot is the original 8.5" x 11" Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets marketing letter for journalists introducing the potions kit and giving a brief description of the film. Displays light age and handling wear with the tea tin having a bent lid and base. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
