Little Shop of Horrors (Warner Bros., 1986), "The Urchins" Blue Polka Dot Tulle Dresses. Original lot of (3) blue polka-dot tulle bubble gowns over synthetic satin, featuring bubble skirt, integrated bows at necklines, and spaghetti shoulder straps. Worn during the opening number of this classic 1985 musical film, "The Urchins" Crystal (Tichina Arnold), Ronette (Michelle Weeks), and Chiffon (Tisha Campbell) provide musical commentary throughout this film, which is a remake of Roger Corman's B-Movie of the same name. The Urchins change into Oscar-nominated designer Merit Allen's memorable costume designs during every song. Alan Menken and Howard Ashman made their mark with this off-Broadway musical before being hired to work on The Little Mermaid for Disney. Obtained from Angels Costumiers.
