The Nightmare Before Christmas (Touchstone/Walt Disney, 1993), Lock, Shock, and Barrel Unpainted Masks. Original group of (3) made for production unpainted cast resin masks measuring 2" x 4" (Lock), 1.25" x 2.75" (Shock) and 2.5" round (Barrel). Crafted at Tim Burton and Henry Selick's Skellington Productions, these masks, like the various puppets created for the film, brought to life the now timeless classic film known for perfectly adapting Burton's unique illustration style. The devious trio voiced by Paul Reubens (Lock), Catherine O'Hara (Shock), and the film's composer, Danny Elfman (Barrel), are featured throughout the film carrying their Halloween masks which comedically resemble their true faces underneath. Masks display general production age and handling wear with small imperfections, and remnants of the casting process visible on the reverse and interiors, resulting in 1- black spot on mask and cast stains on horn. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
