Ghostbusters II (Columbia, 1989), Concept and Storyboard Sketches (10) for Various Fantasy Characters. Original (10) character concept and storyboard sketches, accomplished in pencil, ink, colored pencil, watercolor and airbrush on artist's boards and leaves, ranging in size from 8.5" x 12" to 12" x 15", depicting a variety of malevolent spirits including dragons, vengeful Native Americans, a demented subway conductor, "Vigo" the Carpathian, and more. Several sketches are individually-mounted to display boards up to 15" x 20" (2 are mounted together on a single board) while remainder are loose. Each is either signed by its artist, or stamped "ILM 1989" with the film's logo image, or both. Artists include Harley Jessup, Mark Wallace, Benton Jew and one other, and are dated variously 1988 to 1989. Condition issues like bumped corners and production handling and wear are limited generally to display mounts. Obtained from Christie's East, January 9, 1996, Lot #46.
