Batman Kites, Glider, & Tent Lot (Various, 1964-75). A high-flying tribute to the Caped Crusader's airborne adventures, this Batman lot brings together a thrilling assortment of eight vintage collectibles including kites, a glider, and a tent, all released by companies such as Remco, Sky-Way, Durham, Styletone, and others between 1964 and 1975. Among the highlights is the Bat Jet! glider, a catapult-launched flyer capable of soaring up to 150 feet with dramatic banking, gliding, and looping movements. The Sky-Way Batman Inflatable Kite inflates to an impressive 36 by 45 inches, while Durham's Batman Glider Plane features a 20 inch wingspan and vintage comic book styling, with unused contents still housed in its original opened box. Also featured is a DC Super Heroes Kite showcasing Superman, a plastic Batman kite made in Taiwan with bold red, black, and yellow tones, and the Pressman Toy "See Batman Fly" Giant Size Kite. Remco's Batman and The Joker Comic Hero Kite adds flair with its see-through plastic body, measuring 34 by 34 inches and ready to fly without the need for a tail. Completing the set is the official Styletone Batman Bat Cave tent, a playful nod to backyard superhero escapades. Each piece shows signs of age including creasing, corner bends, scuffing, and some tearing to the kite and tent packaging.
