Adventureland's Jungle River Disneyland Attraction Poster (Walt Disney Productions, 1955). Transporting visitors into the heart of a lush and untamed jungle, the Jungle River attraction at Disneyland's Adventureland was a captivating and immersive experience which opened its doors in 1955. Later renamed the Jungle River Cruise, this ride took its guests on a thrilling boat ride journey along the meandering waters of the Jungle River. The attraction left an indelible mark on Disneyland's history, and set the standard for immersive storytelling and pioneered the use of animatronics in the theme park experience. Designed by Disney poster legend Bjorn Aronson, this poster perfectly depicts the original intent of the Jungle Cruise, a realistic boat excursion through treacherous waters! Measures 36" X 54". Bjorn Aronson artwork. The poster has been loosely adhered to foam board with archival tape and displays edge and corner wear, creasing, and a few minor border tears. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
