Super Heroes Mr. Bubble, Toothpaste, Bread Flyers (Various, 1966-87). A quirky and colorful mix of pop culture nostalgia, this Batman lot brings together an assortment of vintage packaging and promotional premiums released between 1966 and 1987, capturing the charm of an era when superheroes popped up in lunchboxes, grocery aisles, and bathroom cabinets. The collection features a 12 oz Mr. Bubble and The Super Friends Bubble Bath box, bursting with vintage flair and featuring bold images of Batman, Robin, Wonder Woman, and Superman alongside an offer for Super Friends activity books. A classic Fact Toothpaste box showcases Batman on one side and Robin on the other, complete with its original flyer tucked inside. From the fast-food frontier comes a Super Powers Door Shield from Burger King, sealed in its original plastic bag. Rounding out the collection are three fold-out bread inserts from Schwebel's, Sunbeam, and Blue Ribbon breads, each packed with retro fun like dot-to-dot puzzles, word mazes, coloring games, and a Superman t-shirt mail-away promotion. Each collectible displays handling wear along the edges and corners, with corner bends, creasing, dents, scratching, and scuffing throughout. The bread checklist inserts show yellowing from age, and the Mr. Bubble box has corner creases and surface tears on the top panel, though the contents remain unused. This set captures a wonderfully oddball moment in time when superhero fandom was truly everywhere.
