Screen Matched Hero Type-1 "Cricket" Phaser from Episode, "The Game" from Star Trek: The Next Generation (Paramount TV, 1987-94). Hero prop hand phaser crafted of cast resin and acrylic with illuminating LED bar graph display operated by a pushbutton switch on the top of the device and illuminating amber emitter when trigger pad is depressed. Electronics are accessed via a sliding plastic panel on the top rear portion of this elegantly compact Sci Fi weapon. Particular production wear, including minor scratches and warping on foil trigger pad, positively identify this prop weapon as used by Wesley Crusher (Wil Wheaton) in the Season 5 episode "The Game". Exhausted batteries are present (electronics untested) and exhibits minor production wear. Measures 3.25" x 1.7". Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions. From the Collection of Greg Jein.
