Description

Batman Classic TV Series Cookie Jar, Batmobile, & Statue (DC Direct/Diamond Select Toys, 2002-14). Bring the spirit of Gotham's golden age home with this vibrant Batman lot featuring three standout collectibles released by DC Direct and Diamond Select Toys in 2002 through 2014-all paying tribute to the beloved 1966 live-action TV series. Headlining the set is the Batman and Robin Statue Set, inspired by the series' unforgettable opening credits. Numbered 245 of 860, this limited edition duo is hand-painted in cold-cast porcelain, with each statue standing 7 inches tall and sculpted by John G. Matthews and Tony Cipriano. Also included is the 1966 Batmobile Replica, released in 2007 and numbered 1223 of 1300. Designed by George Barris and sculpted by Jack Matthews, this hand-painted porcelain piece features light-up details and measures 12 inches long, 9 inches deep, and 5.25 inches tall. Rounding out the lot is a Batman Classic TV Series logo cookie jar, released in 2014, crafted in ceramic with a seated lid and measuring 12 inches wide. Each collectible comes in its original packaging, housed securely in Styrofoam casing that has been previously opened and displayed. All of the packaging shows signs of handling wear, including edge scuffing, corner bends, creasing, and surface scratching. A colorful celebration of Batman's most campy and iconic era, this collection is a tribute to timeless heroes, vintage flair, and TV history.
