End of the Road (Max L. Raab Productions, 1970), Terry Southern's Personal Shooting Script. Vintage original studio-bound and bradded End of the Road screenplay with the handwritten date "July '68" on the first page and the title embossed in gold ink on a baby blue cover. End of the Road follows Jacob Horner (Stacy Keach), a man who escapes an asylum, becomes an English professor, and has an affair with his colleague's wife. The X-rated film stirred controversy for its taboo content, including a fatal abortion scene and a notorious encounter involving a chicken. Script is 108 pages (as paginated) and exhibits fading and creasing on the cover, staining on some pages, and general wear and handling throughout. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
