Description

Roy Orbison Lonely and Blue Stereo Vinyl LP (Monument, SM 14002). A rare stereo copy of Roy Orbison's debut solo LP with the classics "Only the Lonely" and "Blue Angel," released on the Monument record label. With the Vernon, TX-born singer co-writing six of the tracks, the title and cover sets the tone for what he would be known for. Not afraid to talk about sadness and loneliness, in addition to the joys of love and attraction, Orbison's tenderness and his great voice would make him a legend. The sleeve is in VG 5 condition and the disc is in VG-EX 6 condition. COA from Heritage Auctions.
