Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Leonardo (Soft Head) with Fan Club Flyer AFA 80 (Playmates, 1988). The original, iconic version of Leonardo was released by Playmates in 1988. The figure is on a series 1 10-back card with fan club flyer. The card is encased and graded an AFA 80 NM with subgrades C80, B80, and F85 with a tag pedigree that states it is from the collection of Mark Freedman.

Mark Freedman, the president of Surge Licensing, originally pitched the idea of licensing the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird for a toy line which resulted in the deal with Playmates Toys.
