Super Dave (Showtime TV, 1987-1999), Bob Einstein "Super Dave Osborne" Ensemble. Original (5) piece costume including (1) canvas jumpsuit, (1) baseball cap with red "SD" patches on the front, (1) pair of Reebok Hexalite tennis shoes with velcro closure, (1) helmet, and (1) knit red scarf. The zip-up jumpsuit has red and blue trim details throughout and embroidered yellow stars with a belted, elastic waist. The back features a large round patch that reads "Super Dave Osborne." The helmet has 2-blue and 1-red stripes across the top with embroidered yellow stars and "SD'' felt patches on both sides. One section is completely cracked on the back and the helmet is distressed with peeling stripes and stars. The jumpsuit, hat, and shoes have all been studio-distressed with a painted black, burnt effect. Super Dave (Bob Einstein) was a stuntman whose elaborate stunts repeatedly went awry. All pieces display production wear and age, with some of it being intentionally distressed. Costume pieces obtained from Bob Einstein; helmet obtained from The Golden Closet. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
