Green Acres (CBS TV, 1965-1971), Eva Gabor "Lisa Douglas" Reddish Pink Negligee. Vintage original reddish pink negligee constructed of a polyester-Rayon blend, featuring front and rear pleating with chiffon sleeves and distinctive large feather-trimmed marabou cuffs painted red, as worn by Lisa Douglas (Eva Gabor) in the absurdist sitcom, Green Acres. This CBS series, somewhat of a counterprogram to The Beverly Hillbillies, followed a wealthy New York socialite couple who move from the Big Apple to a farm in the country in order for Oliver Wendell Douglas (Eddie Albert) to fulfill his lifelong dream of becoming a farmer - despite the implications it has for himself and his unwitting wife, Lisa. The series lasted six seasons and maintained high ratings until it was cancelled by the network as part of a series of sweeping cuts aptly dubbed the "rural purge" that eliminated rural-themed programs at the dawn of the 1970s.
