Forbidden Planet (MGM, 1956), Anne Francis "Altaira Morbius" Costume Sketch by Helen Rose. Vintage original Forbidden Planet (1956) costume sketch accomplished in pencil, gouache, and ink on artist's board with handwritten, "Good x Rose/Plunkett" in top right corner and "Ann Francis" and "Forbidden Planet" along the top border. Also includes handwritten production notes on the verso. Measures 15" x 22". The design is worn by Altaira Morbius (Anne Francis) when she wakes up from a nightmare and screams before running to her father. Exhibits edge wear, creasing, typical production handling, and soiling. The edges are stained and darkened. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
