Description

The Six Million Dollar Man Steve Austin, Oscar Goldman, & O.S.I. Headquarters (Incomplete) (Kenner, 1976). Kenner's The Six Million Dollar Man toy line brought the iconic sci-fi series into the hands of young fans across the country, turning Steve Austin and his world of government intrigue into a must-have merchandising phenomenon. This three-piece lot includes boxed figures of Steve Austin and Oscar Goldman, as well as the original boxed O.S.I. Headquarters playset. From exploding briefcases to X-ray vision and bionic limbs, these toys captured the pulpy, high-tech drama of 1970s action TV in a bright pink package. The Steve Austin and Oscar Goldman figures are both included in their original boxes, which have extreme damage, with multiple tears, crushed corners, creasing, veining, detaching windows, and, in Steve's case, a missing top panel. Interior figure condition appears consistent with age and handling but has not been removed from packaging for further evaluation. The O.S.I. Headquarters box is open and also shows notable shelf wear, creasing, edge wear, and severe corner crushing, though it remains structurally intact. The playset itself is incomplete, missing at least the telephone and chair shaft. See images for further condition details. Items are sold as is. A centerpiece of '70s bionic toy history, this trio is primed for collectors looking to recapture the daring missions and spy-fi mystique of Steve Austin's televised exploits. Whether you're rebuilding your childhood toy shelf or rounding out your Oscar Goldman ephemera, this lot is wired and ready for action - no batteries required.
