G.I. Joe Firefighter Accessory Set (Hasbro, 1969). Released at the close of the 1960s, the Firefighter accessory set expanded Hasbro's G.I. Joe into dramatic rescue scenarios beyond the battlefield. This boxed set included a metallic fireproof suit with jacket, pants, and hood, plus boots, fire extinguisher, axe, flashlight, pliers, crash belt, stretcher, and even a mini comic, The Mysterious Explosion. It remains one of the most visually striking and fully outfitted accessory packs from the Adventures of G.I. Joe era, perfectly embodying the brand's shift from soldier to hero of all situations. The box has been opened, though the contents remain unused. Accessories are still sealed in the original factory bag, retaining vibrant color and clean presentation. The included comic is also present. The box itself shows wear from age and handling, including corner and edge wear, creasing, surface scuffing, and splitting at the two corners.
