Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope (TCF, 1977). Rolled, Fine/Very Fine. British Quad (30" x 40"). Tom Chantrell Artwork. Featuring artwork by acclaimed illustrator Tom Chantrell, this was the first version issued of the iconic quad poster. It was replaced by a similar design touting the film's success at the Academy Awards. These first state posters remain scarce and sought after. There is some light foxing in the title treatment and some soft creases throughout and edge wear and wrinkling.
