Nutty Nose-Nipper Plastic Model Kit (Aurora, 1965). A wacky blast from Aurora's most absurdly entertaining line, this lot features the vintage Nutty Nose-Nipper Machine plastic model kit, kit number 806-298, released in 1965 as part of the company's wildly imaginative "Nutty" series. Overflowing with cartoonish charm, the kit showcases a zany contraption operated by a wide-eyed, comical character determined to "nip noses" with over-the-top scissors, springs, and other slapstick gizmos. The sculpt is packed with humorous details and zany expressions, making it one of the most memorable entries in the line. Molded in multiple colors and designed to be glue-together, the kit was a do-it-yourself delight for kids who loved slapstick humor and Mad Magazine-style absurdity. This example comes in its original packaging, which has been previously opened, with instructions and unused contents loosely displayed inside the box. The box itself shows handling wear along the edges and corners, including corner bending, creasing in the front bottom left corner, creases along the left panel corners, and creasing in the back panel's right corners and upper left corner. Additional creasing appears in the bottom right corners, along with staining and scuffing across the center of the bottom panel. A perfect embodiment of Aurora's playful design and the 1960s love for gag-filled humor, this kit remains a collector favorite and a standout from one of the era's most delightfully ridiculous model kit lines.
