G.I. Joe Scarlett AFA 80 NM ** POP 8 with 8 Higher ** (Hasbro, 1982). This G.I. Joe Scarlett figure, released by Hasbro in 1982, is an iconic representation of one of the franchise's favorite Joe counter intelligence soldiers. Scarlett is equipped with her signature XK-1 power crossbow and is sealed on a Series 1 / 9 Back card that features the free Cobra Commander promotion, with unused contents. The vintage figure is encased in acrylic and graded AFA 80 NM with subgrades C80 B80 F80. Notably, Scarlett appears to have a loose waist inside the packaging. Of the 15 graded examples, only 8 have received a graded of 80 with only 5 examples grading higher.
