1963 Fender Stratocaster Sunburst Solid Body Electric Guitar, Serial #96921.
This 1963 Fender Stratocaster is a well-preserved, highly playable curved-board model, featuring a beautiful original 3-tone sunburst finish with a mint green pickguard. The pot date code (304 6302) confirms production in the 2nd week of 1963, while the body date (1/63) and faintly visible neck date stamp (appearing as DEC 62 B).
The original frets show minimal wear, and while the electronics remain original and fully functional, they will require cleaning. The finish has minor dings, scuffs, and scrapes, with some mild vinyl burn on the back. The guitar comes complete with its original tremolo arm and original white hard case.
