A spectacular rarity from the 1992 Impel X-Men Series I Comics X-Press release - the Hologram #XH-1 Wolverine, officially signed by Jim Lee in gold ink, authenticated and graded CGC 9 / JSA Auto 10, accompanied by its original Comics X-Press certificate of authenticity.

Unlike the hand-numbered base autographs limited to 100, the signed hologram cards were even scarcer - not serial-numbered, but believed to exist in a quantity of roughly 500 or fewer. These autographed holograms were inserted only in Comics X-Press boxes and never appeared in pack-distributed hologram sets.

Each Comics X-Press case came factory-sealed with twin gold foil stickers and contained a full base set, two gold ink autos numbered to 100, and - in rare instances - a signed hologram like this one. Wolverine's image, rendered in shimmering holographic foil and overlaid with Lee's gold signature, makes this one of the most visually striking Jim Lee autographs ever produced.
