Black Sabbath, Humble Pie, Uriah Heep and More 1970 Hamburg Open Air Festival Concert Poster. A large and colorful poster for the two-day festival outside of Hamburg, (West) Germany over the weekend of June 20-21, 1970. While you had bands like Juicy Lucy, Steamhammer and East of Eden mentioned among many, the big stars here are Black Sabbath, Uriah Heep, Humble Pie, and Manfred Mann. The former blues-turned-metal pioneers Sabbath themselves were early into their career. With only their self-titled debut out at the time, their second LP Paranoid would be in the record shops in the fall. Measures 23 ½" x 33 ¼". In Very Good condition with nicks and chips in various spots, especially in the upper right and lower right areas, along with tape repair on the verso. COA from Heritage Auctions.
