The Band 1970 San Diego, CA Concert Poster. Using the cover artwork for the Band's second album - a self-titled effort known for "Rag Mama Rag," "The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down," and "Up On Cripple Creek" - for a show in San Diego at Community Concourse on Friday, January 23, 1970. Led by principal songwriter Robbie Robertson, the group had quickly established itself as a band who defied genre and created classic after classic. Measures 17" x 22".
