Description

Judy Garland Screen-Worn Robe from In the Good Old Summertime. A heavy brown cotton robe with felt trim, worn by Garland in the 1949 musical adaptation of The Shop Around the Corner (1940). Garland appeared opposite Van Johnson, and a three-year-old Liza Minnelli makes her screen debut in the closing scene. The robe is in Very Fine to Excellent condition and has a small costume label bearing Garland's name and production number 1440-5677; it is accompanied by a b&w 8" x 10" publicity and a 12.75" x 16.5" Mexican lobby card, both featuring Garland wearing the item.
