Sex Pistols Group of (2) UK Promotional Banners (1977). Pair of vintage promotional banners (circa 1977) featuring the notorious British punk band. Lot includes: 1) Original promotional banner circa 1977 for the Sex Pistols. Features the band name in a black and white design. Measures 5.5" x 18.5". Has light handling wear; 2) Flattened poster promoting the fourth single from Never Mind the Bollocks, Here's the Sex Pistols. Released on October 14, 1977, the single was the final one from the album, before the band fell apart for various reasons. This poster is a satirical advertisement, stating, "A cheap holiday / in other people's misery!" with rates as "3 & 4 days / from / £39.00" and "5 days / from / £59.00." Measures 8" x 38.7". Has various creases, as well as a ¼" tear. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
