The Beatles On Stage at the Cavern Club Lithograph #14/25 Taken February 19th, 1963 with Embossing Stamp Signed by Photographer Michael Ward. On February 19th 1963 the Beatles were informed that "Please Please Me" had reached number one in the U.K. singles chart. That was also the day that they met Michael Ward. He was commissioned to photograph the Fabs for a magazine preview. "The Beatles on stage at the cavern club." This limited edition In mat #14 of only 25 hand signed by Michael Ward and includes his embossing stamp. Measuring approx: 10 3/4" by 14 1/2" in Near Mint condition. Nicely framed to approx: 18 1/4" by 22 1/2" in overall Very Good Plus to Near Mint Minus condition. Michael Ward was a well respected photojournalist and his brush with the Beatles captured a brief period in time before Beatlemania took hold of the world.
