Description

Jimi Hendrix 1970 German Ticket Stubs for Last Performance Ever. A triptych of colorful ticket stubs for Jimi Hendrix's final concert ever at the Open Air Love & Peace Festival on September 4, 5 & 6, 1970 on the Isle of Fehmarn, in the Baltic Sea off the eastern coast of Germany.

In May we auctioned off two different posters from this sadly landmark weekend, including a rare on-sight poster that most people had never seen before; these are the ticket stubs from that same poster's owner. The Friday ticket stub is a stand-alone, and the Saturday and Sunday stubs are still attached.

Individually, they measure about 2" x 3 ΒΌ" each and grade to Good condition. The fronts are toned and have the expected surface grime from age; the versos have that colorful poster residue on them because for the longest time they were attached to the attendee's poster, the one we sold in May. COA from Heritage Auctions.
