Star Trek: The Original Series (Paramount, 1966-1969), Gene Roddenberry Personal Shooting Script With Annotations from Episode "The City on the Edge of Forever". Vintage original shooting script for Season 1, Episode 28, "The City on the Edge of Forever", 70-pages (as paginated) on mimeograph and hand-typed revision pages with additional heavy handwritten pencil notations throughout. With handwritten "GR" on the top right corner and "SHOOTING SCRIPT / January 27, 1967" over prior dated lower right corner. The pages here indicate a working draft that continued the evolution of the script originally written by influential science fiction writer Harlan Ellison, with edits and rewrites implemented by the series' showrunner, Gene Roddenberry. The episode would become what is now considered one of the greatest episodes of the beloved series, winning several prestigious awards after its release. On unbound crème-white pages with crème white fly page. Also included is a pink carbon-copy invoice page from the original work order to print copies of the script for internal distribution, typewritten, "STAR TREK - PROD #6149-28" and dated "1/29/67".
