ParaNorman Mystery Box with "Thaddeus Blackton" promotional zombie puppet and (9) production used props. (Focus Features, 2012) Collection of original Laika-created pieces, all uniquely presented in a 7 x 12.5 x 5 in. wooden coffin with ornately carved lid reading "1712 Blackton" and "ParaNorman 13 of 49" carved beneath the coffin. Including (1) highly detailed silicone zombie promotional puppet resting on a padded cloth bed with pillow, his toe tag reading in part, "Here lies Thaddeus Blackton: husband, accuser, farmer, and not quite dead person. He is made of the finest Puritan silicone flesh, metal wire skeleton and delicately painted skin..." Also includes the following props actually used in the production of the film: (1) cloth witches hat, (4) miniature posters, (3) prop cans, and a black witch paper doll cut-out. One of only 49 promotional coffins crafted by the artists at Laika and sent out to 49 various lucky bloggers to promote ParaNorman. Exhibiting minor handling, wear and age. In very good to fine condition.
