According to the plaque in the bottom right corner, "Presented To Chris Crist / To Commemorate the Sale of More Than / 1,000,000 Copies of the / Warner Bros. Records Long-Playing Record Album / 'Van Halen II'." Comes with a Warner Bros. business card of Crist's as well as writing on the verso of his name. Measures to an overall 16 ¾" x 20 ¾". In Very Good Plus condition with numerous scratches on the frame and fading on the mini album cover, as well as peeling on the disc's label and tearing on the backing paper.
