Flash Gordon Group of 4 Figures (Mego, 1976). He'll save every one of us! In the 30's, sci-fi heroes were on the rise in the pages of pulps. One such sci-fi hero, arguably one of the most popular, was none other than Flash Gordon. From comic strips, serials, to feature films, toys were the obvious next step. Enter Mego. Mego had many years of great success with their 8" line of fully articulated figures. Their figures used the same body mold with interchangeable heads and cloth outfits allowing them to be more cost efficient when covering different franchises. Luckily for Mego, they had the rights to make figures for just about anyone. From DC and Marvel to Star Trek and Planet of The Apes, Mego became a big name in the toy industry. Featured here is a set of the original Flash Gordon Mego figures. This group includes Dale Arden, Ming The Merciless, Dr. Zarkov, and of course Flash Gordon. Figures come new in original packaging. Packages have some handling wear and cards are unpunched. Overall in very fine condition.
