W.C. Fields "Ambrose Wolfinger" 2-piece suit from Man on the Flying Trapeze. (Paramount, 1935) Vintage original (2) piece brown check tweed sack-style double-breasted wool suit. Including (1) jacket with notched lapels, 1-left breast patch pocket, 2-hip patch pockets, 4-button front closure, and interior lined in beige silk and (1) matching pair of pleated, cuffed trousers with concealed button front closure and removable striped suspenders. Jacket retains the internal Macintosh bias label and pants retain the "3pc Paramount" studio inkstamp. Exhibiting production wear and use, age, and light soiling to inner trouser waistband. In vintage very good condition.
