"Evil Queen" sequin head wrap from Once Upon a Time Season 6, Episode 5. (Disney-ABC, 2011-2018) Hero costume piece worn in episode "Street Rats" featured on-screen at the Three Bears Day Spa during production. As Regina and Zelena are getting pampered, we can see this ornate headdress worn throughout the entire scene by the Evil Queen. Made from black velvet like/sequined material and long matching wrap tail with black tassels, it has been finished with a large center jeweled medallion. Light production wear. In very good condition.
