Description
Batman Road Racing Set, Remote Control Batmobile, and Rack Toy Lot (AHI / Jotastar, 1973-79). This lot contains nine items from AHI and Jotastar which includes a racing set, remote control Batmobile, and several rack toys. All but one are from AHI including the 1976 Batman Road Racing Set. This set uses a put-together track with remotes and 2 cars, one with Batman and the other with Joker. The box is opened and the set is used but complete. The cardboard cutout parts are still on the card, unpunched and unused. The box has moderate wear, scuffs, creases and a split corner. The Battery-operated 1973 AHI Remote Control Batmobile is unpunched with an uncracked bubble.More Information: While the bubble is still attached to the card, there is the start of separation on the inside at the bottom. The layers of the card are separated along the bottom edge and the top corners are bent with a wave across the top of the card. The 1977 Super Top is new but the bubble is 50% lifted and the card has creases and wear. The 1979 Space Rocket is sealed with some bubble crushing and has creases and wear across the card. The Zing-Wing from 1973 is sealed on the card with bent corners and the adhesive that holds the sticker on the disc is coming through the paper. The four copters in the packages use the same mold, but have some differences, especially the packaging. The AHI package with Batman's head at the top is from 1974 and has a couple of small cracks in the bubble and a card with a bend, price sticker, and edge wear. The French card Batcoptere from 1977 has some bubble crushing and cracks with some creases, corner and edge wear. The English version card from 1977 has a completely detached bubble and wear to the card. Last is the only piece from Jotastar , the orange carded Batcopter from 1979. It has bubble crushing and small cracks as well as surface tears on the card. The round tail with the Batsymbol has broken off on the card which has edge and corner wear.
