Star Wars Csillagok Háborúja Jedi Visszatér Biker Scout CAS 45 Carded (unknown, 1989). Produced in Hungary in the late 1980s, this Csillagok Háborúja ("Star Wars") Biker Scout is part of the country's small and elusive line of unlicensed figures issued toward the end of the vintage era. Released on a red-and-black Jedi Visszatér ("Return of the Jedi") card featuring monochrome artwork adapted from original trilogy poster designs, these Hungarian bootlegs are among the most distinct and regionally rare interpretations of the classic Kenner molds. Graded and encapsulated by CAS, this example carries an overall grade of 45 with subgrades of C55, B40, and F70, and a True Grade of 47.1. Seldom seen outside of Eastern Europe, these late-decade bootlegs capture the underground persistence of Star Wars fandom behind the Iron Curtain-hand-assembled, locally printed, and undeniably striking. A fascinating artifact from the global spread of the saga, and an essential piece for any collector of international variants or unlicensed production history.
