Robot Chicken (Cartoon Network, 2001-), Sorting Hat and Nearly Headless Nick Head Puppets. Original pair of (2) custom fabricated puppets from the Harry Potter Robot Chicken skits constructed of expertly painted plastic, foam and clay. Featured in "Harry Potter and The Pubertus Monster", the iconic Sorting Hat measures 3" x 2.5" with wire "stitching" for its trademark mouth and eyes. Nearly Headless Nick's head measures 1" x1.5" with faux and sculpted hair, and bloody neck stump details on the underside. Nick was created for the Pubertus Monster skit but ultimately cut from the final version. Exhibiting production handling and wear with scuffing to the painted elements. From the collection of artist Rob Ronning who was Head of Puppet Fabrication (2006-2010-including all Star Wars Specials) with the show though 2022. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
