'Bill' Gillespie" (won Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series, 1989 Emmy Awards) original Sparta Police Captain's arm patch applied to a mat board with screen-match photo, and General Robert E. Lee printed portrait with studio distressing, measuring 24" H x18-½", in a stepped wood frame that hung behind the desk of Chief of Police Bill Gillespie at the Sparta Police Station from the lauded drama In the Heat of the Night. Fine, with scuffing to the frame.
