Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi (TCF, 1982), Imperial Scout Trooper Blaster. Original prop Scout Trooper blaster measuring 7.5" x 4.5" and constructed of cast polished resin, expertly painted with matte black finish. The design features a science fiction-inspired ribbed motif throughout, with an activation trigger button on the left side of the pistol grip, and signature low powered scope with faux acrylic lens on the right side of the frame. This blaster is the standard issue sidearm for Imperial Scout Troopers, also known as Biker Scouts, and is typically carried in a specially made ankle holster. These advanced reconnaissance troops are notably seen patrolling the forest moon of Endor. The EC-17 blasters are prominently visible in the scenes following the film's iconic speeder bike chase, particularly when Princess Leia Organa (Carrie Fisher), is confronted and held at gunpoint by a Scout Trooper. Exhibits considerable production and display wear with a missing barrel and trigger guard and chipping to the paint finish throughout. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
