Original "Red City - Temple" Concept Artwork from Alien (TCF, 1979). Vintage original concept sketch accomplished in pencil, ink, and artist's marker on 17" x 13" artist's paper leaf. Depicting the characters, "Kane," "Dallas," and "Lambert" scaling an alien temple of an ancient civilization. Signed in the lower right of art, "Scotty", likely by uncredited artist Elliott Scott. Also featuring production notations indicating which portions of the design would be practical environment, full-size set pieces, or model miniatures, etc. Exhibiting signs of age and production handling. In vintage Very Good condition. Includes a COA from 20th Century Fox executive Peter Beale. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
