Beatles - Ringo and His (Fourth) All-Starr Band Signed Russian Concert Handbill (1998). An 11.5" x 8.25" colorful slick paper flyer for a St. Petersburg concert on August 26, 1998, picturing "Ex-Beatles" Ringo Starr (РИНГО СТАРР) and his band members. It is signed in black and red felt tips: "Ringo [with added star drawing] ", "Mark Rivera", "Peter Frampton", "Jack Bruce", "Simon Kirke", and "Gary Brooker". Contrary to what many people probably assume, Ringo was the first former Beatle to play in Russia, this concert being one of two on that tour. A rare and desirable piece. Tape remnants at top on verso, otherwise Near Mint.
